Our headquarters is located in Grants Pass, OR 97527 (USA). All orders placed before 2pm PST ship out the next day Monday through Friday. We use the following shipping methods to deliver your order to the desired address:

USA Domestic shipping

USPS First Class Domestic (STANDARD MAIL) - Starting at $8.00 for standard shipping to anywhere within the United States. The shipping charge will increase with additional products. Orders shipped out using this method take 3-5* business days to arrive.

USPS Priority Option is available at $14.00​ for 2* Business Day

Where is my package?

Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
